You should do a quick dive into Hydra-gel - it's what Musk is promoting fo his Mind-link AI larp - with backing/ funding of DARPA. It's basically built around this stuff (Graphene Oxide) - It's heavily promoted and researched at the moment for it's ability to enable a type of wifi ability/ connection to living organic brain tissue after injection , which has proof of concept through various animal studies in controlling movements and altering sensory perception.
