I might be possibly a lot hotter with no plants to cool the ground by neutralizing most of the infrared energy when it passes through the green leaves cooling the air under them and there are a lot of plants in yards that would not exist without humans to tend to them. So his entire statement is bullshit. Also just take the hot water to a cooling tank like a nuclear plant and then reuse it after filtration. Sure would be affordable if you put the money that the water costs and subtract it from the budget then tons of cash is now available and a cooling tank would just need maintenance and filtration costs so it's a profitable alternative to anything else.
