Doubt that would have any effect on rapes, but would definitely run Planned Parenthood out of business. Of course to get it into law would require the prior culling of the xtian herd by at least 80%.

It wouldn't effect rapes- pregnancy through rapes. I have another way for rapists to be handled, it involves legalizing the selling of body parts and bringing back debtor prisons.
