Don't forget there was an instance a while back where there was KNOWN pedo content being posted on Twitter. The victim's lawyer even sent them a letter saying "Here is his ID showing that he's the person in the content, and that he is UNDERAGE. Take it down."
Twitter's response? "This content does not violate our community guidelines."
