Would not surprise me. Enron was a wakeup call. The more recent blackouts in Texas was another. The industry refuses to upgrade the power grid. Commie chinese hackers keep doing recon forays to look for weak points. The sheeple are too retarded to go off-grid, or even afford solar panels, gas or other 'Plan B' contingencies in case of emergencies.
