Edit: I watched the video and the cop in charge is an authority junkie, like most of the NYPD. I watched a second one where a few of the protesters tried to convince the restaurant manager not to press charges and he wasn’t having any of it. He was totally fine with ratting out fellow New Yorkers to the cops. That is the goal behind the mandates - to divide people against each other, making it easier to rule.
