Theory was it has to do with the number of sexual partners. Fags have thousands of sexual partners. That much cum up your ass fucks you up.
Don't forget the lifestyle of fags- lots of "clubbing", hard drugs, and as you said, extreme promiscuity. I remember reading that your average fag has fucked around 100 other fags... without even knowing who they are.
So you have this perfect storm of drug use, hard partying, and having their assholes literally torn apart and cum shot into it... for years and years and years. You think people like this will be taking good care of their body? Eating well and such? No way.
All of these variables come together to destroy the immune system.
