I once found a beautiful piece of property for sale in Costa Rica. About 300 acres of mountain jungle with two houses, and it was cheap. In some of the pics there was a volcano in the shot, about 20 miles away, and there was smoke coming out of the top of it. I guess that’s why it was so cheap.
