I only found one video talking about it for a few seconds....he pretty much said they are lazy, too many quakes so they put them in the middle of the "grid"

Everywhere has issues. Some have worsening weather events, the PNW has a coming tsunami and mega quake, some has drug issues like meth ruining families. There are some safe pockets in the western slopes of the Appalachian range, nice places too.
