Remember that those who are currently controlled by propaganda to buy into the system needed to be propagandized to. Without constant input, any system falls to entropy. All you need to do to counteract the control narrative is find the cracks and place little wedges in the ideas used to control. Provide emotional support to those you try to help so they don't immediately recoil in fear when a truth presents itself.
