The joke was a little too non sequitur. The store represents the election. The armed gunman robbing the store in plain sight is the DNC. The poo innocent unmasked guy trying to buy snacks represents a Republican voter watching the election being stolen. The police represent the Department of Justice who then a cost the Republican voter instead of the actual criminal.
