I dont see how Putin could be onboard a depopulation agenda. I am sure he would mund depopulation in some countries but not Russia. Has mr Putin trouble understanding excess death numbers?

He's always been a puppet, or rather a complicit actor. He says one thing for publicity but never follows through, giving non-answers or dodging questions. Just look up who's behind the Sputnik vaccine. I saw it the other day on TV and I wasn't surprised at all. Russia is usually a little behind in globohomo for about 10 years before it starts encroaching full force. We have a lot of nigger transfer students already. I wouldn't be surprised to see one in the ads in a few years.
