No, they're really not. Russia is introducing QR code bullshit full force and we're already seeing some pushback from angry wagies who get their time and energy wasted by it. A lot of it is just smoke and mirrors though, basically a pretend show, but it depends. In my gym we were asked to show a picture of QR code without any scanning just to make them appear like they're complying. Then they dropped that practice altogether. Yet I was refused to be serviced at some random store just because I wasn't wearing a mask and I refused to put it on, twice in fact. Other stores tend to turn a blind eye on that. Oh well.
