Kind of amazing how some people can live long and with great capability. I wonder if it would be possible to have really old people go to the gymn daily and body build to minor degrees if that would improve their life quality, similar to the video of that black 70 year old that is ripped and doing body building excercises in the park in that video floating around here.

1) Keep thinking and using your brain, most old people now sit in a chair and watch the goyim box

2) Healthy animal fats and vegetables and fruits, and healthy amounts of bad things like tobacco and wine.

3) Dont be fat at any point in your life

4) Don't do drugs like MDMA, you will not see MDMA users act like this in their old age.
