He is coming out of sedation. A very small percentage of people who come out of sedation can be violent. I guess this is one. I went for a surgery when I was 30 or so and the nurses told me they were scared I would be one of those guys because I’m a really big dude.

My sister worked in out patient surgery. She was a recovery nurse. They would sometimes strap the big ones down ahead of schedule just in case.
That and young people. It happens more often if you are young or don't drink.
I used to drink a lot. They had trouble putting me down for surgery. I think when I came out, I just calmly told them about the jews.
I have only had 4 or 5 drinks in my entire life and I’m 6’7”, so I guess I was a prime candidate for waking rage.
