I guarantee that the “performance” was in fields of minimal risk and minimal reward, where the “leaders” merely acted as stewards of companies built by men who took the initial risks. The women were essentially “managers” responsible for keeping the trains running on time, while innovation plummeted. Look at GM, HP and Yahoo under female leadership - all three had abysmal R&D programs, seeking instead to laughingly ape existing products, fail at marketing and trusting the ability to find a market for their new products, or pursue government led agenda programs that were destructive to their businesses.
As for “encouraging listening,” the Queen Bee Syndrome studies are emerging again, and anyone who’s worked in an organization with female leadership can attest that women in power, by and large, are more interested in building large rats’ nests full of obedient drones than they are with driving business forward.
She wasted all that time and effort so that she could get up on stage and say things that were either obvious, such as how women shouldn’t be sluts, or patently false. She could have instead been a woman of value, producing and loving children while running a household.
Pity.
This was my critique as well. This was no admonishment of feminism; it was the tiny concession of "4th wave bad" while championing female leadership and voting rights like they've done anything but weaken and destroy western civilization.
I’m glad you had examples because I didn’t. And their obsession with minorities is absurd when compared to the destruction of our own people.
