The prosecution KNEW for MONTHS who jumpkick man was, declined to bring him in for questioning and withheld his identity from the defense. This is extremely bad for the prosecution.

The persecution withheld more HD video than just the FBI's fixed wing video. It was the video footage that "showed" Kyle raising his gun. (Didn't show that at all) But is in HD and shows the opposite of the prosecution's claim.

We're 76 minutes after the scheduled trial time of 9am central time. To me this bodes well for Kyle. This would appear to me that with all the news coming out and being found of blatant prosecutorial misconduct that the judge is in a type of 'side-bar' situation in ruling on some type of mistrial. ^ Apparently the jury deliberation is happening and the Judge is doing different hearings right now while he waits for this verdict.

They are now going over whether or not to follow Supreme Court rulings on how often and much the jury can view evidence. The ruling says one complete playback with one replay that has one pause.

The state is being DESTROYED over fraudulently sharing evidence etc. with respect to the video.

The judge just hemmed and hawed over things while saying they're going to need another trial over it with the attorneys under oath and questioned on the stand. Then it all just went away. This whole trial is a show.

What all of the above means we've learned; 1. Binger and Ham are both dirty jew lawyers that are lying, cheating and blatantly b reaking dozens of laws, case precedent etc. 2. The judge is a fucking coward. 3. The defense team is awful.

The prosecution is claiming that the HD video file was just "randomly" dropped off at a police station to a detective but they have no idea who dropped it off, identity etc.

The jury pool has already been "dirtied" (or whatever it's called) and this trial is unacceptably compromised. Bald Lawyer just cucked out and asked for a mistrial - WITHOUT prejudice.

The jury instructions don't say the gun charge is dropped. Some are saying this is bad. Could this not be good? What if they bargain and the bargaining agreement is "Okay we will come over to guilty but only on the gun charge." Then they return a verdict of not guilty on all of the 5 greater + 3 lesser charges that still exist but a guilty verdict on the charge that doesn't exist. ... ???

The judge is allowing the Jury to enter the courtroom again while allowing them to view the videos as many times as they would like. Which is against WISCOTUS ruling.
