My take;

I think the jury request for 11 more copies of JUST the self defense rules + Rosenbaum charge after 90 minutes of deliberation comes to them all agreeing that the Rosenbaum charge is the linchpin on EVERY SINGLE CHARGE. Meaning if the jury all agrees Rosenbaum caused his own death by legal self defense, thus Kyle is not guilty with respect to Rosenbaum then they all agree he's not guilty across the board. I don't think this brings into play (((lesser included charges))). I think it gets around them. The hold-outs for not guilty convinced the hold outs for guilty of something that if Rosenbaum is not guilty, they all are.

e; Remember yesterday approximately half the jury wanted to stay and give a verdict (assumed not guilty) and half wanted to leave.

I believe it is that, if he is found Not Guilty on the Rosenbaum charge, then by default all other charges are also then automatically Not Guilty due to stemming from and relying upon this one charge.
