Rebuttal from Prosecution: Tried to counter standard for self defense being subject to 'likely' harm for self -defense.
Prosecutor goes after defense for using self-defense saying Kyle's life wasn't in danger from Rosenbaum. Says Kyle could have kicked him in the 'nads'. Compares Rosenbaum to John Wick/ Jason Bourne. Talks about Binger getting picked on by the defense.
Defense tries to talk about Zaminskys, 5th amendment rights, Defense objection, Judge halts the rebuttal and sends the jury packing. Objection sustained. Defense tries again, another objection, prosecution is controlling whether or not Zaminskys could have been called to testify. Judge trying to figure out how to move forward. Chunky prosecutor doing the rebuttal not Binger. Defense wants to do a rebuttal about the Zaminskys since Chunky brought them up. EIther party could have called the female Zaminsky, but didn't. Chunky protesting Binger being called 'whingy' by the defense.
Defense goes over the videos. Calls Kyle a liar. Chunky, "videos don't lie, Kyle does". Chunky wanted 45 min. He's at 36 min. Chunky doing better than Binger. Talking about Rosenbaum's bag containing stuff and his medications. Said Rosenbaum might have had a bad reaction or not taken them. Chunky is a heavy breather. Court reporter can't keep up. What the heck is she doing? Chunky explaining how they didn't try and get Debruin to change his testimony. Chunky just did the devil horns sign 🤘. Called Kyle a "chaos tourist" and says he's a coward for not fighting Rosenbaum. Starts called Rittenhouse an 'active shooter' at that point.
Chunky is at 45 min now. Richards just checked his watch to see how long the prosecutor has taken. The skateboard is dangerous, Chunky said it's not. Chunky admits the mob was yelling 'git em''.
Chunky calling these guys who attacked Kyle brave, and said Kyle was an attention seeker looking to get into the action. Chunky says, "Imminent threat of death or great bodily harm" is the standard, but how's Kyle supposed to know the mob would have stopped beating him or he'd even have the ability fire the AR15 at that point? Chunky says, "everyone takes a beating" at some point. lol. Jury must be thinking, "I don't want to take a beating". A beating could kill you, tha's an imminent threat.
Richards checks his watch again. The guy is well over 45 min at this point. Chunky sounds like he's wrapping up. Very dramatic when doing his check marks on his notes. Now he's reading what, "reasonable doubt" means from the instructions. Like I said, Chunky doing a much better job than Binger.
Chunky did a great job for the rebuttal. However close it is, it looks like Kyle should be found.......

Alright, but Fat Boi came across as angry; impossible for the jury not to notice how defensive he behaved. Comment section calling him “Sour Kraus” and posting emojis of hamburgers, French fries, pancakes, etc.
He knew he had to counteract the shitty whinge from his partner. Which he did, but yes he couldn't explain away the facts that Rosenthal initiated everything and those rioters were not heroes. Rittenhouse retreated and tried to get away at every chance, but was forced to react each time. That's a fact. He didn't raise the gun, it was a reflection from the mirror that they tried to call Kyle's arm.
Yep, and to add to that, did you see the poll taken by rekietalaw? Over 55,000 polled voted 71%. PoIl was taken down before I saw the completed poll, but, the “not guilty” vote was keeping pretty steady. Hung jury was next highest category. Guilty was only 3% last time I saw. I think KR is going to fare well.
