I think that was vodka. I'm mostly a whisky (prefer Canadian) man. But of course I've had gin, cacha, rum (anejo or whatever right from the hull of a Antigua catamaran on Lake Erie), tequila, and so on.

Glad you made it through and without a hangover. I'd be wrapped up in a shower curtain in the tub covered in puke naked from the night before at that point. The hangovers are torture but thankfully I quit about a year ago. Kind of a square now but I need to be because I quit smoking cigarettes about a year and 4 months ago. I hate cigarettes they are the worst and I could never continuously quit cigarettes before because I'd drink and some reason need cigarettes.
