A Motion to call for Directed Verdict needs to be called by the Defense. Judges CAN do it themselves but it's rare.
Recall: the ONLY person who testified that the child-molesting, glow asset Rosenbaum was not reaching for Kyle's gun is the DA himself. Whose testimony is not "testimony".

...was ordered to stay in the state and is subpoenaed. Has not been questioned. Whose testimony was never gotten. Etc.

So far at noon CST today the judge is coming off as a controlled actor and fully anti-Kyle.
Kyle is fucked.
