There is a whole subculture of guys in NYC and other big cities (95% Black and 90% ex cons) who go to the parks and do this. It is pretty amazing, but you have to put it in the context of the fact that these guys are just trying to keep themselves out of jail since they have no job to go to and they're not interested in mentoring their children. If I had 168 hours a week free with no responsibilities, I would certainly be in better shape.
