Interesting. If anyone is interested in electronic warfare I would suggest getting into ham radio. Thise guys have a wealth of knowledge about high voltage transmission.

I think it'd be a good hobby to pick up over the winter. I can't shoot as much with ammo prices they way they are, holding off building anything with lumber prices the way they are and can't start a garden (obviously) till next year.

I used something like this to test noise rejection in power supplies, which turns out to be quite hard unless literally every wire and component is shielded. Plus instrument you are trying to measure the results gets screwed over too
I did think about a portable device to fuck with Leftist internet connections
the external termination box looks like this in the UK
It you insert an sleeve insulated pin into the coaxial cable and pierce the signal wire, then you should be able to overload their internal router/NTU with an ESD device
