I posted here my initial thoughts on what is going on with Kyles trial based on Robert Barnes and others commentary: https://poal.co/s/Videos/462138

Viva jew provides a VERY BALANCED perspective on what is going on from someone who understands how law works. I have watched a lot of commentary here and few other places by our side, and boy do you guys not have a clue about how the law works. I don't either, but, you have to spend some time listening to real lawyers talk about law to understand that:

  • A jury trial has VIRTUALLY NOTHING to do with the legal procedure and EVERYTHING to do with persuasion.

Outside of the judge dismissing the case, if the prosecutor manages to select a motivated jury like the one in the George Floyd case THAT JURY WILL ONLY LISTEN FOR AND HEAR WHATEVER IT WANTS TO HEAR.

This is the nature of our species. We spoke about this before. A trial provides data to the pre-frontal cortex to us the person / the label exists in pre-frontal cortex, but the decisions are actually made in the rest of our silent brain that controls the pre-frontal cortex. You cannot convince a jury of anything that it did not decide it wants to believe when it walked in the door.

Summary of trial so far:

  • So far, Kyles lawyer seems to be working for someone else other than Rittenhouse. He has deliberatly been throwing the case: he has no record of ever winning this kind of trial ever in his career (he has only posters of movie lawyers winning trials in his office none of him self winning trials, think about that for a second), he rejected the best team of legal experts that offered to work for free or even on their own dime if necessary, he ALLOWED THE PROSECUTION TO PICK THE JURY IN ONE DAY something that should have taken at least a week or two, he NEVER CHALLENGED ANY OF THE FALSE OPENING STATEMENTS OF THE PROSECUTOR, and so on.

  • The prosecutor, as per Viva Jews commentary, seems to be doing an unusually shit job as if he is trying to help Kyle. The prosecutor is known for being a very good, very tough, very prepared and EXCEPTIONAL ORATOR / PERSUASION EXPERT and yet he has not prepped his witnesses? What? I prep staff for every meeting we go into, I prep staff for every external communication, there is no way a prosecutor of that caliber is doing this shit of a job without something else going on over there. The witness selection and lack of prep is absurd.

If anything is going right for Kyle, it isn't what you guys have been talking about. If anything, the utter debacle of this entire case so far is that Kyle was UNBELIEVABLY LUCKY to have handled his weapon and the situations so impecably precisely and all of it not only on amateur film but secretly filmed by fbi that maybe the prosecutor simply has no ability to call any witnesses or present evidence that doesn't point to Kyles innocence.

However, none of that matters. You only need about 6 months of listening to competent lawyers talk about law and persusation to understand that, just like in the Chauvin trial, they jury has already decided if Kyle is guilty or not. The trial is just a show for us, the only people that can save Kyle are the Judge by throwing out the verdict or the prosecutor actually throwing the case.

Viva jew is a jew, but a useful one.

Kyle is fucked.

If that were true, why does anyone bother posting anything on here?

Just because I'm not a chef does not mean I cannot judge the foodhe cooks. I cannot replace him or be fair, but you can use referential knowledge make an initial judgement at least.

Never mind that he spends a lot of time commenting on american law and as such offers a compararative opinion against which you can start to forumlate your own opinion.

C'mon. You run this site. You know all of this.

Edited the expletive, it was uncalled for. Sorry.

But if what you posted is true, it's the same thing in this subject. If jury trials can be so simply rigged, nothing Kyle or his lawyer or the judge can do would do anything. Whoever handles summons would just need to scrape social media and only select those who agree with their position, and you could easily end up with every candidate a raving communist even when they're otherwise from respectable white middle class backgrounds. The only commentary that anyone could offer is "we'll see what happens".

I'm learning about how the system works as much as anyone. To that degree there is a range possible ways that I could be wrong as I don't practice law.

But, I have now watched enough lawyers discuss the process that it strikes me that jury trials are won by the jury selection process not the law. The Chauvin trial was a total miscarriage of justice. The jurors that were selected had made up their mind prior to getting on to the jury and no matter what arguments the defense used, they were going to convinct.

This seems to be the case in most jury trials.

The media was also hinting that they knew where they lived, and there was a massive howling mob outside held back by the cops that couldn't even defend their own precinct. They didn't need to select them.

I call it 'selective moderation'.

C'mon. You run this site.

What does this have to do with me stating a fact?

Dude. You have a high iq. Why do you act like that?

[–] 0 pt

lol Act like what?

You want me to accept/agree with something a lawyer from another country with complete different laws said.

It’s like a heart surgeon giving his opinion about brain surgery.
