Straight out of the DA's mouth. McGinniss questioning and his answers is not going well for the DA. The DA is asking very leading questions (normally would be objectioned to). But McGinniss is pulling them apart due to the necessary vagueness of leading questions. "I don't know what you mean." etc. Forcing the DA to effectively retract the question and 'ruin' the whole line of questioning for that topic.

After DA's objection got overturned on question (to McGinnis, from boomer Chad defense lawyer) being speculation;

I think it was very clear to me that he (rosenkike) was reaching specifically for the weapon ... because that's where his hands went.

Just as the detective ended poorly for the DA, so is McGinnis. Let's see how conscious the Jury is.

I run a delay so I'm 17 minutes late Witness Ryan Balch testimony. Hahaha this DA knows nothing about guns. At all. Balch just notifed in CLEAR terms how violent rosenbaum was being, acting, and threatening both him and Rittenhouse in addition to many others. Another witness testimony unraveling the (((charges))). Explaining how much of a constant arsonist that rosenbaum was. Judge just stopped DA during questioning of Balch due to how much time the DA is wasting.

¹ I am NOT saying Kyle is a plant, a glow, or controlled in any way. But that night, the riots, the violence in which Kyle was forced into was absolutely glowniggery.
