Straight out of the DA's mouth. McGinniss questioning and his answers is not going well for the DA. The DA is asking very leading questions (normally would be objectioned to). But McGinniss is pulling them apart due to the necessary vagueness of leading questions. "I don't know what you mean." etc. Forcing the DA to effectively retract the question and 'ruin' the whole line of questioning for that topic.

Balch just notifed in CLEAR terms how violent rosenbaum was being, acting, and threatening both him and Rittenhouse in addition to many others. Another witness testimony unraveling the (((charges))). Explaining how much of a constant arsonist that rosenbaum was. Judge just stopped DA during questioning of Balch due to how much time the DA is wasting.

Notice how the detective is saying "Rosenbaum threw away his plastic bag" instead of "Rosenbaum threw away his plastic bag at the defendant".

And how they omit to mention what that bag contained by just asking for a list of weapons (gun, knife, bat..), but no mention of gasoline filled bottles or paint cans or anything related to commit arson.

A lot of the state witnesses appear to have been coached by the DA. Sometimes they screw up as can be seen with the first detective when he would say something then immediately self correct.

The detective has made a lot of mistakes (he had to admit to Kyle's lawyer questioning him) and his body language can tell.

Kyle's lawyer (Chad boomer lawyer) put the detective in a lot of situations where he had to state that Kyle was in danger and not the individual who had caused said danger.

I'm 17 minutes behind, Richie McGinniss just went up but the Boomer Chad Lawyer absolutely destroyed the detective at the end. That was glorious. I suggest everyone watch the end questioning by the defense lawyer of the Detective Witness (shaved head). It's amazing.
