The defense in this case is absolute shit. The prosecution played this video but excluded the part about kyle being pepper sprayed.
A competent defense would've shown that part and asked the question, "If Kyle was a truly an armed and dangerous threat to the peaceful protesters in Kenosha, why didn't he shoot the individual who pepper prayed him with mace?"
I hate to say it but the bumbling defense is either completely incompetent or they are trying to throw the case. The judge was providing a better defense today.
