Not real. One tell is the dingdong (double chime) and ding (single chime) which you recognize as an airplane sound. They always insert these stupid things into the audio at random places to make you think it's real. But you almost never hear the dingdong on actual recordings because it doesn't play nonstop throughout the flight.
