It seems some parts of the contract are still not public as they point out in the link you are refering to. It cant be called public if there are parts that ar redacted.
I know that there has been filed suits by Danish MPs for "full transparency" into the matter(-s), but am sure that it'll be a cold day in hell before "full transparency" is a reality..
