Modern nations seem so impotent. They have spies and special agents, why don't they just blackmail the shit out of some Directors? Or just eliminate them until they get someone they can negotiate with.
I think the EU commision sold out Europe which makes it difficult for EU countries to do anything. It also seems that neither nember states or people in the EU parliament (voted in by the people) know what these contracts say.
Its all good the leaders of europe have democratic principles, they said so!.
You cant remove them, you have no sovereignty but its all good, trust us.
Glad the uk left, altgough we didnt get the true brexit.
Oh but they did; here's a link to a edited APA between EU and Sanofi GlaxoSmithKline (for some odd reason google refuses to translate it):
https://jyllands-posten.dk/indland/ECE12750001/eu-har-frigivet-hidtil-hemmeligholdt-vaccinekontrakt/
First paragraph, second/third line "delvist udstreget udgave" links to a 20 MB .pdf.
Section II.6: "Liabilities towards third parties and indemnification" is where things gets interesting. GSK obviously has no responsibilities for any bad their product may do..
It seems some parts of the contract are still not public as they point out in the link you are refering to. It cant be called public if there are parts that ar redacted.
