You can reproach, but I have thought this through. I’m not going through hell in the hopes that my children might do right by me in my old age. Certainly in tis society there is only a 48% chance that my wife would.
there so much that i could say as counterpoints to your statement, but it will do nothing if your mind is set. my situation, my family life is on the positive end of the spectrum because in part i made choices. i realized that this or that action would lead to this or that result. the other part is that,yes, i was blessed. not everything was smooth sailing, but i can tell you as someone who isn't a young one anymore, i am glad that i took the risk. children? life? love? all of these matter and what you put into them and expect from them is exactly what you will get out of them.
12 years I got with me ol lady. Had some super bad fights had some super good sex as society would label it. Now broken down from hard work and holding family together. I will say all my issues walled away dang near when I brought Jesus into my home.
I’m glad it worked out for you. It didn’t for me. Several times. I got sick of touching hot stoves in the hopes of one day not getting burned.
