And yet, none of these Chinese workers seem to retain any of the information or knowledge they learned in college. Asian people supposedly have the highest average IQs and brain volume out of all the major race categories for humans. So they are not stupid. I feel like their high pressure "do or die" education system (South Korea has something similar) doesn't make the students any smarter or capable in the work place. It just creates a bunch of stressed out kids, more suicides, etc. I remember watching a John Stossel YouTube vid on Charter Schools and how this one school was able to produce better standardized test results with mostly black kids than the average for the state. Their teaching methods were done to encourage kids to learn, crave learning, and retain information. It worked. None of that high stress crap. If these teachers can get a school of mostly black kids to outperform the average, then why can't China pay attention to the latest and greatest teaching methods and stop with the archaic "let's overload them with shitloads of tests and homework" crap. Oh well. The US and China are both falling because of our stupid leadership. China is at least doing a better job by teaching their boys how to be men.
