That is the real reason they push the "small pox blanket" story. Leftists want to hide the huge disparity of military competence. They control the narrative and can make up whatever history stories they want. In reality there was no medical treatment in native society, save for superstition, let alone a first hand medical history kept by natives. While I don't discount the probability that sparsly populated nomadic people who killed each other on contact had fewer protections from communicable disease, the length to which the leftist historians stretch that logic and tiny bits of shakey evidence is down right fraud. The natives had no higene. They ate food with the hands they wiped the shit from their ass. They drank the water from rivers they pissed in. Before white men ever set foot near shore there were likely many tribes wiped out from disease. Only when that was witnessed by a literate white man who had the cleanliness to not also die was that account ever recorded. It is not proof that white diseases killed most of them off.
