If someone received a vaccine then that doesn't change the fact, even if it takes two weeks for the treatment to do whatever it is that it does.

Firstly, it's not a vaccine. Secondly, once injected, they are "vaccinated." They purposely lie to hide the fact the injection is killing many people.
