Not sure about Jesse? I was going to quit my teaching gig and go join his campaign if he ran for president so I was a big believer. I think he just got old and tired and didn't want to fight with the evil fucks it's a lot easier to take the blue pill and eat steak and just say what they want you too. I use grillgrates. 3min per side. 30 seconds per side on upside down grillgrates to sear. Basically a speed reverse sear.
