The actual cause of the problem is as follows:

White men stopped being leaders of their families and their civilizations.

This whole things has an enormous amounts of dimensions from which you can examine the situation, but the core evolutionary mechanics are simple:

Men provide resources and safety for their women and children and raise their children after about the age of 5 to 7.
Women provide children and raise children up to about the age of 5 to 7.

In other words, men build everything and women consume it in exchange for children. Men set the direction in which their tribe must go and set the expectations and standards of everyone in their family. Women support their men in exchange for safety and access to resources and children revere their fathers because everyone knows that when war arrives (and it ALWAYS arrives) their fathers have to go to the battle field and die.

This is the eternal co-evolution of men and women in our species. This cannot be undone, it cannot be changed, it cannot be improved upon. We are as specifically bread for this feature set as border collies are bred to chase a ball that you toss until it dies of exhaustion.

Sure, there is some wiggle room and some permutations that can happen because people are widowed, maimed, get sick and so forth. But largely, men in the west have abdicated their leadership role and women have decided to stop having children and waste their lives in cubicles and careers.

The only way out of this is the re-establishment of this hierarchy and the re-constitution of our peoples identities, as white people and as individual tribes with ancient histories and ancient mythologies. Our men and women co-evolved together to survive together.

Until we remember that again, deviance spreads because women have no natural evolutionary capacities for setting standards and providing direction, that is almost exclusively in the domain of our men.
