Agreed. People like her can take charge in building up a nation, so what better place than her ancestral homeland? And it's not like they have to be thrown into thebshittiest African places either. They can establish themselves in decent places, like in Botswana. That way they can help improve what's already good and spread influence to other parts of the continent.

With practice & patience she could become the face of an artist movement. Beatnik & slam poetry started with this type of speaker. Both were stylized methods of delivery aimed against the prevailing thought of the day. A plain yet impassioned mode of delivery might penetrate the ameture writing sphere.

If it were to catch on we might see a shift away from rhyme & a focus on meter & concise delivery. It wouldn't change popular music, but open mic night might set an influx of essays & speeches.

It could be interesting, but I'm not holding my breath.
