I almost commented "Wait, didn't we see this last year already?" And if you're not looking closely, it almost does look like they are assembling the masks, inserting the wire frame into them. Upon closer inspection, it's the Q-tips being shoved into bags.

Oh and everything is laying on the floor around barefoot children. Because 95% of children aren't constantly covered in feces in the best of situations, I'd imagine every inch of this video has feces on every surface.

Average minimum wage annual income in Canada, is about $24,000 US per year.

In India it's about $2000 in 2021. ($200 to $300 per month for unskilled labor depending on location.) A Chinese doctor's salary was about $500 a month back in 1990.
