Try get to the head when the tail is coiled around it. You will never ever see the head. If you were a rat hiding in a wall and some fingers protruded in to grasp you, would you go for the face that you cannot see or the fingertips that are right in front of you. Maybe biting the finger tips will make the monster angry and they would lash out at you, or maybe they would learn to not go grasping where you are. I dont like to promote violence and i still believe that many cops are good, but if you dont bite the finger that tries to grasp you then you cannot expect the other fingers to recoil.
