It's one or the other, not both. And the mixture is more than salt, I was just simplifying it. So at the end of a dry fast when you re-feed you can just drink regular water because you are eating.

alright enjoy drinking your own piss. i'll be over here lifting and running and doing martial arts and eating a moderate amount of high protein, high nutrient food like a normal person
fasting is ok but going without water for days on end is not a great idea

Yeah I'm with you on that. I would never dry fast. I'm in great shape too. Some people need is brand of a kick in the ass to turn it around.
