The lack of cars, lmao. There are hundreds of cars in the video. There are actually cars in every frame of the video.

I was referring to the lack of cars on the road. Just like in Pyongyang, there are cars around, but unless you're on the main highways none of them are driving, and even then, there's not that much traffic.
