The more I watch and read of these things I begin to believe we dont have a constitutional legitimate government at all. We have an occupying force posing as our government. We need to put a constitutional legitimate government in place.
Every 3 letter agency acts as an enemy force. They act with no regard to the constitution or the rule of law.
There are drastic actions that need to be taken to restore the republic, if it isn't already too late.
At least since the Civil War, in half-ish the country, that's obviously true. Hawaiians and Alaskans had fuckall say in it. Texas should be its own country. Florida was stolen from the Spanish. Etc.
I also agree with what you say.
I'd just assume raise a new Republic. The Constitution was a good one, but it's been marred beyond recognition, and I don't think it has sufficient mechanisms to protect the freedoms originally enshrined therein. Particularly, nothing prevented 'judicial review' from substituting a whole different set of rules.
