Hunting a protected species is a crime, as is defending Whites using a lawfully owned weapon.

Only one state, Texas waives civil and penal liability for shooting armed robbers in the back who robbed a NEIGHBOR or someone else, even if they retreated to street. Texas. Texas allows that. Texas also allows shooting non-armed robbers in your backyard at 3AM of your home, if they are stealing property.
