My cousins taught me how to make sparkler bombs. There’s something so nice about living in the country like they did. Freedom. If you live in the city you can’t just walk out your front door and start shooting shit with a gun. You can’t make bombs and blow stuff up. You can’t wander around the woods to get away. At night there’s not constant fucking sirens. You don’t even realize how nice it is. You get used to the constant screaming. There’s no dangerous neighborhoods you might accidentally drive into. You walk out at night and you can see the stars. Stars are underrated. I hate light pollution. For thousands of years our ancestors could look up and see the galaxy. Some places you look up and the most you’ll see is one star and the moon. You forget your place in the universe. It makes you think it’s all centered around you. Our ancestors were humbled every night
