I had a pet crow once. Wasn’t really a pet but kind of. Found him as a baby in the yard. I tried to nurse him and get him to fly off. Slowly started reintroducing him to outside cause I wanted him in his natural environment. I guess he got attached cauze he did eventually fly but he would always come back. He would sleep outside in tree but if I went out and called him he would fly right to my shoulder. This went on for about 6 years then one day he didn’t come back. I think he died. He was my bird buddy. I also made this all up fuck you show me your dick

I like birds I killed a dove one time when I was a kid and cried. I shot it with a BB gun out of boredom. I immediately regretted it. It was bouncing around on the ground so I ran over to pick it up. I sat there holding it, it just stared up at me. A little trickle of blood running down it’s chest. Then it went limp. The worst part was that doves mate for life. So for a week or two it’s counterpart kept sitting at the spot I killed it. Waiting it for it come back.
I killed a dove as a kid too. I was trying to catch it just to treat it like a pet for a little while but you have to be fast and sneaky to get close enough. I was a little too fast and I broke its neck or something and had to walk through the yard staring at my poor dead pet dove to throw it in the woods. I didn't cry but I felt pretty awful about it.
