It's a designed plan to enforce a "booster subscription" for subservient life/population, and cull all those who resist it. They will enforce unilateral dependency on the government teet eternally.
The most horrifying thing, is that at this point, even if you took all those responsible and executed them against a wall, and stopped all vaccination programs, it would change nothing. It is too late.

That's great except it kills more vaxxed than unvaxxed among healthy people, and if any of that was true they would just give the vax to loyal progressives and activists, they would go out of their way to stop conservatives and traditionalists from getting it. I suspect that is going to change as variants become stronger and more resistant.
And you may be right, but I don't think the elites really have a chosen group(outside of preference for kikes). We are all goyim pitted against each other. In my hypothetical, they'd already be selecting for subservience, which is more important to them than programmable ideology.
