For God's, drinking distilled water is not necessary. Your blood and intercellular fluids contain minerals and have an osmotic pressure of around 300. Distilled water has an osmotic pressure of around 0. Drinking too much distilled water can cause severe electrolyte imbalances and be potentially fatal. Personally I wouldn't drink it at all.

It's a commonly believed old wives' tale that distilled/deionized water is bad for you. Rain is distilled water FFS.

Unless you have given up eating for an extended period of time there will be more than enough minerals in your body to mineralize the water with zero ill effects. A half gallon of normal tap water will only have about 100 mg of various minerals, which means that's how much distilled water would "rob" from your body even if the old wives' tale were true. If you're worried about it you could eat about 6 Doritos and you'd be all set.

Only distilled water and pure grain alcohol, Mandrake.

I'm pretty sure if you put cells into distilled water they will die due to osmotic pressure.

It's a good thing there's a stomach and intestines that have lots of ions to add to any incoming water between that distilled water and your cells.

A little salt on my veggies goes the distance.

Buy spring water in glass bottles. Expensive but worth it

Distilled water is suitable for car radiators in warm climates, but not for human consumption.
