METAL and PHOSPHOROUS IN THE WATER

METAL and PHOSPHOROUS IN THE WATER

Do not drink distilled water. You need salts (ions) in the water for your body to function. Salts are made up of a metal and a non-metal ion.

Yes, high concentrations of some thing’s can kill you. But your body needs sodium, potassium, calcium, and phosphorus.

Drink regular filter water or run it through a charcoal filter if it makes you feel better.

I’m a chemist, look up what hypotonic solutions do to cells.

i love my ro filter but this idiots test proves fuck all about water safety. holy shit i feel stupider just reflecting on what i just watched

This is a standard sales tactic used by water filter and vacuum salesmen. They show you some colored water and then hawk their $3000-10000 vacuum or water filtration system.

But oxiclean turned the water clear!!

im not trying to belittle your comment, however i do inquire as to what or why makes you think this guy is a fucktard? i mean his method is unknown to me but look at whom the bottling companies which produce these are. it seems legit in my layman mind but i wish to gatjer your insight as its probably some thing im not even aware of yet. everything is poison but id like to reduce my intake

he is trying to equate the healthiness of water to the color it turns during electrolysis. this is absurd and a classic example of a midwit. no healthy, natural and nourishing water source found on earth would pass his 'test'.

Wonder if the guy uses Himalayan salt for the iron in it.

Be in hinterlands on private well.

Win.

I love these experiments and love to spread them if only because it hurts the companies who are ripping people off.

Notice the difference in color of the electrodes used for electrolysis when he first puts them in. They are not the same from each water sample. His results are likely from the electrodes being different compositions or coated with some other material from the get go. This is hardly a proper test and he is likely lying about the whole thing.

Get an R.O. filter but with a mineralizer filter on it

For good measure a touch of Himalayan Salt.

this is pure trash. smart water has electrolytes re-added so the electrolysis reaction dissolves his electrode causing it to become dark

also i drink nothing but distilled water and have done so for many years with no prob whatsoever.

While the video maker is absolutely correct that distilled water is the purest water a finicky human being can consume, they appear to be ignorant of the fact that water, especially after being exposed to calcium, is a corrosive and that their tap water has moved through miles of cement, ceramic, plastic, and metal plumbing before it found itself in his test glass. The bottled water on the market is usually advertised as having minerals and vitamins added for the health nuts, so the argument that it's contaminated is already dumb. The tap is going to be murky because it has sediments like calcium in it from the plumbing and water infrastructure it passed through.

However, the guy has definitely made a solid case for people to consider owning a water distiller. Ideally, an electric one that allows you to manually adjust the temperature settings so you can distill other liquids, not just water.
