No he's not. If that were the case he wouldn't be working at Lowe's. He could make more than the store manager as an electrician. He just wired his mom's ceiling fan once and Lowe's decided that was more than enough experience to provide advice to every asshole that can't figure out how to flip a breaker. I'd bet my paycheck you couldn't make an electrician put up with DIY electricians all day for $50/hr.
An actual electrician damn sure isn't chasing a bunch of taco niggers out of the store for $12/hr. While you're out there, grab a few of those blue carts that are never actually parked inside the store.
