Just recently I had thought 15-25%. I'm now not even sure of 15%. Maybe in cities, but cities don't hold most of the population. I'm now not even sure if more than 15% have gotten it.

Based off the billboards i saw, the answer is no one is getting jabbed. Especially not in the rural areas.
